my credit score is very poor since few years, because a credit card account included with my credit account, but i have no credit card at least 10 years . my compain is i never take credit card from phoenix arc private limited , never apply to get credit card from this company and they never demand last 10 years any amount.
please relese my account from this company and investigate this matter immediately.
