fraud with dell laptop

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: gwalior&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: krishna corporation</p>I have purchased dell inspiron N5110 laptop from sameer gupta(krishna corporation,lashkar,gwalior,m.p.) and dell company said it had not been registered and they also said that it was purchased outside the INDIA thus corporation is saving tax. I am unable to recieve the dell warranty service since I had purchased it on 2 feb 2012. The fake promises were made by him that I will soon be able to recieve the services. I want to case a file against krishna corporation in consumer forum.
