Hi Vodafone team,
My name is Karunakar my vodafone number is 9916657757, I have been charged an additional download charges of 750 Rs. for the month of March towards downloading some fake application called d2c_mobilart_ 75 by Vodafone on 9th march 2015. I have already raised a complaints this fake downloads one senoir Vodafomer senior manager promised me last month wont get such downloads in future.. but this month also you are charging for downlods. This seems to be absolute bull shit from Vodafone. I know for sure that I didn’t download the application and also I am a tech savvy person and HR manager also. I only recommended Vodafone for my company. Now i realized such abig mistake i made.
Every month I am having problems with these stupid Vodafone billing application and it kept charging me. I have to fight with these customer care agents every month to revert the charges. I am fed up with the service of Vodafone as it seems to be simply generating fake bills without any care for their customers. I have been using this connection for more than 5 years.
If this charge of Rs.75 rs. + Taxes is not reverted with in 24 hours, I won’t be paying the fake bill that you have generated.
I will use these fake bills as a marketing material for your competitors. 100 % i Wont pay the current bill if not refunded.
