Dear Vodafone team,
i has been using Vodafone network since last 6 years. i paid my all bills before my due date last six years . i got bill for fake downloads every alternative month . last month also i spoke to customer care manager, he promised me In future you wont get this bills. Vodafone did fraud billing with me. i got my itemized bill today for the month JAN 2015 July 2014. when i checked the same, i found that vodafone has charged me Rs 99 in against of download charge against ………..

that i am 200% sure that i didn’t downloaded. i have spoked to your customer care also and they have only 1 explanation that u have downloaded something which is chargeable. i am a HR manager reputed telecom company and i have very good knowledge of internet and website even though we have 68 connections in my company . Earlier i only recommended Vodafone in my company . so they can’t make me fool to give silly xplaination of clicking a link unintentionally. even i checked on google n i got to know that vodafone has made this kind of fraud with lots of people. may i want to know that is it possible that all these guys will click same link with same charge as i noticed everyone has charged around Rs.99 against the same. please b logical.. n i really got hurt by vodafone.
I wonder what’s this strategy of making money from your trusted customers.
This is ridiculous.
Please reimburse the money and help us know where these charges are coming from, so that we can avoid these unexpected charges in future.
