Fraud by Vodafone in montly billing

Hi,

My name is Karunakar my vodafone number is 9916657757, I have been charged an additional download charges of 50 Rs. for the month of December towards downloading some fake application called hungama.com_value_ by Vodafone on 18th December 2014. I have already raised a complaints this fake downloads. but every alternative month you are charging for downlods. But they have told me that I have indeed downloaded an application which costs 50 Rs. This seems to be absolute bull shit from Vodafone. I know for sure that I didn’t download the application and also I am a tech savvy person and I also know for sure that my smart phone did not download anything in the background without my knowledge.

Every month I am having problems with these stupid Vodafone billing application and it kept charging me every alternative month. I have to fight with these customer care agents every month to revert the charges. I am fed up with the service of Vodafone as it seems to be simply generating fake bills without any care for their customers. I have been using this connection for more than 5 years.

If this charge of Rs.50 rs. + Taxes is not reverted withing 24 hours, I won’t be paying the fake bill that you have generated.i Wont pay the current bill.
