Fraud Transaction with SBI Expired Credit Card

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: SBI Credit Card

Dear Sir/Madam,

My old credit card expired on 07/06/2012. I received new card on 07/04/2012 with the written letter from chief marketing officer saying within 60 days, the old card will be expired.
So old card had expired on 07/06/2012.

But using old card, fraud transactions happened between 08/08/2012 to 14/08/2012.

We raised this with customer care and we dont get proper responses on how to get the fraud transacted money back.

Please advise us to help sort this problem.
