there was a fraud transaction made from my SBI TATA credit card on 28-6-2012 which was reported by me to the SBI officials on 60008000.
At around 2.00 AM i got a message on my mobile number saying that a transaction of Rs 17849.23 has been made on 28-6-2012.After which i had informed your officials about the same and asked them to block my card this happened around 8.00.they said transaction is still not confirmed but i requested them to block my card.
transaction was made in moscow /Russia as per the credit card bill received by me.
i have been writing this to them every now and then but am not getting any response from [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], “aChargeBack” .
i have given a letter to police to do a through investigation on my case . while browsing through Internet i found that they are alot of complaints filed by Sbi credit card users regarding fraud transaction done through their card.
this gives me an idea HOW SECURED MY DATA IS WITH them .i feel there is someone from their team who has done this.
SIMILAR INCIDENT TOOK PLACE WITH AN ICICI CARD USER SAME MERCHANT SAME AMOUNT JUST THE NEXT DAY .
Credit card company say it has been done through secure code. how can 3 people face the same issue.
another SBI card user from nagpur who has faced the similar Fraud the same day.
this really questions SBI’s IT security.
I have collected alot of evidence on this. but these people are not Providing me with the IP address from where this transaction took place.
Need your help on this.
