My credit card number is XXXX 4838. I have faced a fraudulent transaction was made by the said company and charged rs.6997.00 on 31th July 14. I have been informed by the that he is from axis head office that I am a preferred customer of axis bank credit card, I will receive some vouchers and gifts with other benefits like cash discounts on shopping and others free of charge and for verification they asked me credit card details. Then a person on call said that u will receive another call where u have to punch this password and other information. Then after I have received another call & I have followed above said information. After completion of call I have received a message transaction of rs.6997.00 made on axis credit card XXXX 4838 at E-script Solution on 31th July 14. Before entering in this matter I have asked for charges, they have said there is no any charges you don’t need to pay anything this is a promotional scheme we will issue gift vouchers and gifts. After that several time I got a call from shift thought to confirm the address but I requested to cancel the offer and issue the refund instruction but their executive clearly said that once transaction is done we cannot refund the money. Even I call from their customer service phone no.+911148064800 and requested for cancel and refund the money but still there is no response from their side. Now I want to cancel that transaction and refund back the amount of rs.6997/-. I have already complained about this issue through phone call and I have blocked my card also..i have informed to the bank also.. once again i am sending through mail.. I am sending you this complaint and waiting for your feedback. Please do the needful. I need your assistance to resolve this issue.

+911148064800..this is first number I got call from a lady.. and again from the same number and the person name Gurumoorthy… he said the I will be getting Voucher of 9,000 from deal at once.. company.. and some other products..
