I wish to state that on 21May,2018 some fraud transactions were done from my SBI debit Card no 5596 0101 0175 2796 by one of the employee of MOBIKWIK on customer care number. Total 20 transactions were made in which only 9 were successful (Approx Rs 75000/-) . All transactions are for the purchase of digital gold from SAFE GOLD DIGITAL through PHONE PE. I have informed every thing to all three and done as directed by them, even then I didn’t get satisfactory reply. I am trying to get my money back. Phone Pe has said that money is saved . Now I wish to know how and when I will get it back. Till now I was trying to consult with them and provide all the required documents for which they ask.
