Hi,
I want to bring my case in your notice so that I can get support. On 20th August someone hacked my account and used 25000/- Rs as recharged of unknown 25 Mobile Numbers. Believe me, I never ever shared any details with anyone by knowingly or unknowlgly.
ON 20th August 2012( Iid Festival), I have approached in Police Station as well as Cyber cell and registered Complaint. Copy has been attached for your reference. I have also logged a complaint in Customer care.
On 21st August I have also logged in Complaint Axis Bank, Lamington Road. Then after I have started to make follow-up with branch head and other people. But I did not get any satisfactory reply. Everyone doing his back but I don’t know when I would get money.
Now days every weekend I have to sit in Police station to investigate the case like as criminal. Every day I have to call your Lamington road branch person to get update but they have no reply.
Did I make a mistake to open the account with Axis Bank?
Really now I totally frustrated and disappointed. I don’t know where I have to approach. As well I don’t have sufficient money to run my family. I am common man who not has enough money.
Please realize my situation and revert my money. If you need any information, please let me know but do needful.
