Fraud through online submission of resume and fees foe giving Job Oppurtunities

Dear Team,
My name is Avanindra Singh.This is to make a complaint against a web portal who are doing fraud by taking the innocent customers into confidence for providing better job opportunities and for this service they charged a good sum of money from the general public.I am also one of the victims fromwhich they charged me 1000 rs on 23-05-2012 but since then i havent rcvd any call or any oppurtunity through them.
I want my money back any how.Kindly help us!!
I m not the only cheated one but there are several of them.They are also protesting against the company .For ur refence I ma pasting the priotest mail in the complaint along with the complaint mail that have been sent to the company’s official contact point.There are several mails so I am pasting all of them.
Kindly do the needful and quick response will be highly appreciated.

I am Amrit from Chandigarh. These ppl also cheated me, They are always calling for the payments. These people never call me for any job opportunity. One of their employee did the wrong commitment for giving me the job with in seven days. I also have the recording of their commitment which he did on teliphone,

Dear Service provider,

It has been more than three months since the time of my enrollment to this program till date there has been no calls nor any conversation regarding the placement. I received number of calls from Ms.Rekha Yadav on 25-May-2012 next the call was forwarded to Mr.Pankaj Kumar who assured me in getting a placement within 20days after my payment and initial verification and pushed me to finish the payment very quickly.

On July 3rd I received a mail stating your Resume has been forwarded to top consultancies in INDIA since then there has been no wake up call either from any of the consultancies nor any mails from click2resume team. It has been poor decision from my end by just believing blindly to such online portal link which has just assured me with mouth watering words which has only intent to earn money from public. I had lot of expectation from the words of Mr.Pankaj Kumar with the way he was assuring and I was foolish enough to believe people who was assuring me just in a phone call.

Before making the payment just to make me start payment Mr.Pankaj Kumar informed me this program will cost Rs.3105 even I inquired twice about the payment he said its only Rs.3105 but as i completed the payment online he started charging me for other services which was not informed clearly initially. Since I made the initial payment I was mentally forced to make the payment for other services also because only then my process would be taken forward. The first impression itself has been very bad from click2resume with manner of hiding amount of complete charges of your package.

I have no idea or any guaranteed information of getting back my money since its been completely lost to your hands because of my lack of awareness to the fact whats going around. The only good part from click2resume is that it has updated my resume in a professional manner excluding that it has not benefited in any way. I have lost Rs.7102 for just upgrading my resume in a professional manner.

I would not be surprised if I don’t receive any reply mail from your because the impression has been set beautifully by Mr.Pankaj Kumar and Ms.Rekha Yadav. making phone calls only till the money is credited to your bank account once money transferred no communication from click2resume nor by the consultancies which were suggested.
