We had booked a trip to Kashmir viz., Charismatic Kashmir for 9 Pax for 6 nights @ INR 186K (BOOKING ID IN1207B10512 dated July 15, 2012). Although, the hotel in Gulmarg was OK, but we were provided sub standard hotels at Sonamarg & Srinagar as against promised 3/4 star accomodation. The promised 1 hour Shikara ride was also not provided & we paid INR 1100/- for the same from our pocket. Make My Trip’s customer support team too was not able to provide any solution even after repeaded calls of 2-3 hours daily & kept on making false promises, till the penultimate day of escalating our concern to the higher ups.
Above all, their Cab Operator pooled in another person Wasim introducing him as Make my Trips Guide & demanded additional INR 2,500 for him which was never communicated to us on day 1. On last day, he took us to Shankracharya temple while our luggage was in his cab no. 5059/05C. On reching the Airport, we noticed that he had STOLEN INR 6,000/- by breaking open one of our bags while we were in the temple. He is not picking the phone even after repeated calls from our side. All the toll fees & parkings agreegating INR 450/- were paid by us as against all inclusive package promised to us. Kindly initiate immediate action against the company to ensure that the company is not able to take any one else on ride to fool others.
