we had purchased one edible oil pouch packing machine from ADVANCED PACKAGING SYSTEM, HYDERABAD With one year warranty on 7-3-2013. cost of Machine Rs.300000=00. after erection of machine , the machine is not working properly from the first day. The supplier has wasted somuch of plastic flims for unsuccessful trial attemps, which resulted in a loss of Approx 8 lakhs to our firm. Know the supplier of machine , does nort receive our phone and also doesnot give any service inspite of warranty given. pls do the needful at your earliest.
