I bought a dell inspiron 1545 laptop charger from snapdeal worth 1495 and it was delivered to me on 2nd may 2014. After receiving the product I went out of city for some work. But later on say about 2 weeks when i returned and then i discovered that my product is a faulty one. Then i called on snapdeal customer care. Then they said that they cannot do anything about this because this is out of trust pay policy now ( Where you are suppose to return the product within 14 days of delivery). They asked me to go to the dell service center. When i approached there what I got to know from them is the product which was sold to me from snapdeal is already out of warranty. They told me that snapdeal sold 3 years old charger which is out of warranty now. I reported to snapdeal and now they are saying that they cannot do anything about it.. I repeatedly called upon then asking to change or replace my product but of no use. Later on snapdeal guys said that send the images of the product. I did so. I send the images from charger, the box containing it and the invoice. Now they are asking where is the warranty card? I told them, that they never sent the warranty card, but now they are saying that then you should have immidiately reported this to us. And they kept running this loop on that we are trying to solve your problem. And when I reported this problem first time they said i took your complain and then everyday i was calling them to know the status and after a week or so didn’t considered my call as a complaint and now they are filing complain. I want to know how long they will play this game with the people. They don’t respect our hard earned money. I want complete refund.
