may name is srinath pillai order id with flipkart OD2062911462R , i placed a order from flipkart in 16th june for induction cooker 3074
i choose the product becoz an offer with this product “Stainless Steel Cooking Pan” with Glass Lid was there ,i order in 16 june 2012 and i got the product at 18 june when i open the pack i got the induction cooker without offer “cooking pan”,i call there cutomer care they say that they dont have the stock regarding the “cooking pan” so they need time to arrange the product, after repeted complaint they say that they not able to arrange the product so they are going to cancel my complete order and they will refund the money , even today if you check there website you able to see the same product with the offer are there, my question is that if they dont have the stock avilabity for the product why they are showing in the website with the same offer ,but i am not facing any problem regarding induction cooker problem is with the offer which i not recived ,its a kind of poor sevice from company like flipkart ,so i think they have to refund me the offer value or give me the cooking pan
