Name of company/service: Reliance communication

Hi,
I had bought the data card from reliance and promised by the agent that i will be getting 7.2 mbps speed in 3G plan.
But i never got more than 4kbps till now.
I had strong objection on the selling method and label written on it data card, it cheat the customer.
Please let me know the procedure to resolve it.
