Fraud Service

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd.

I have been using Hathway broadband for more than a year.
I have taken a plan called ‘Expressway-1024’

It has 4 mths validity period and 4GB download limit.

They promised 1 mbps speed, but there is constant interruption in service; either there is low connectivity or the server is slow.

The Customer care executives don’t turn up even after repeated complaints. Every call to them costs in excess of Rs.10

Also the download limit reduces even if unused.

So, please don’t take HATHWAY Service, its “FRAUD service.”
