Hi on 13th July i have purchased a new blackberry handset from indore Mobile zone shop, While i inserted my sim card in that new handset it was not working properly os again i visited at the shop and requested to change the handset but hey refused and asked me to visit at Black berry service centre, while i visited over there they didnt give me proper response and taken handset for 7 days. It was little difficult for me to understand they why the new handset gone for service for 7days, the desired money of this handset is already paid by me but the handset is not working properly. Pls help me out from this problem
