Fraud retailer selling used product instead of new .

Name of company/service: famous fridge centre

I’ve bought a new LG split ac from the retailer Famous Fridge centre . When I installed that ac I realised that it is a defective and used product as it makes too much of noise. And now they are avoiding us and they are telling us to contact customer care , when we told them to replace that product. Even the technician from the LG , who came to check the AC , asked it whether it is a new or used !
