Name of company/service: Tata Docomo
It is regarding the foul play by Tata Docomo with respect to their Caller Tune Services. I activated the song ‘Din khon mapa achhe’ on 13th April 2013 at 1PM. However till now I am not able to listen to the caller tune I have opted for. Though i have been charger Rs 15 (may be more) for this service but still now I could only listen to the default tata docomo caller tune. Moreover I complained twice in customer care service and I was informed like it would get resolved within 4 hours but with no result. As people may not be aware Tata docomo charges 50 paise each time you talk to the customer care. So it means I spent money for no result. And moreover reaching to Tata docomo’s customer care service is a hectic task as most of the time it will say all the operators are busy and in next moment they will disconnect the call (they wont even keep you in waiting). So you need to call all over again which is really annoying. If any consumers do not pay their EMI or loan or bills properly the next moment they find their CIBIL score degrading. I just wanted to know if there is any that sort of institutions who rates those service provider based their performances.
I request you to kindly take necessary actions for this issue. It is not the first time I have issues with Tata docomo. Previously also I found Tata docomo to activate irrelevant services on my mobile without my concern and charging for the same. As their fraudulent activities have reached a new level thus I was forced to write a complaint against them.
