My father Dr. Shailesh kr. Choudhary purchased a laptop of Rs.37990.00/- on instalment from sales india on 13 /07/2014 of acer ,model no.E1/570G-COREI33217 .with few free laptop accessories. We paid around Rs 15000/- and rest of amount we will pay on insatlment.
As initialy the mouse which is gives as free accessories was not working and after 10 days the laptop stop working.
And when i went to sales india showroom of Visat,Ahmedabad on 24/07/2014 ,they said you have to take the laptop to the service center of acer by yourself and we are not responsible for anything now. and they also said that their is no gaurantee of free gifts but than what the gain consumer get if gifts are not working and even goods stop working with that short span .
I want they replace my laptop or take for service center on their responsibility and also replace the mouse which is given as free accessories.
please sir take correct step I will be oblized for the same.
