I have posted an ad on quickr to sell my cell phone.i got a reply frok a person called Dr. Rajveer Singh ([email protected]). As per the agreement he asked me to ship the parcel to Nigeria n he sent me the payment detaisl of his bank saying he has paid n i will get the amount as soon as tge bank could track the parcel online.The parcel has been delivered n now he is nt replying my mail n hus son is nt receiving my call. Help me the amount of loss to me is of 21000
