Some time back (Feb 2013) I participated in their contest to win a Galaxy Note Book.
I sent them Rs.699.00 which they promptly converted to credit points in my account redeemable against other products available on their site.
On 24 May 2013 I selected Rythem X105 speakers (value Rs.699.00) and placed the order.
They demanded Rs.80.00 as ‘shipping’ charges which I paid thru my Master Card.
Now after sending them mails repeatedly they refuse to ship my product on the premise that “the order was not placed”
Talking to their customer service is a waste of time and money because they don not connect me to any senior person.
Basically they have taken my money under false promises totalling Rs.789.00 NO REFUND or PRODUCT IN RETURN.
