Fraud – Online Shopping

Dear Sir/Madam,

Few days back I purchased online Adidas Mens Sports Shoes from the website – http://www.100bestbuy.com/product/footwear/sports-and-casual-shoes/adidas-mens-sports-shoes-/65347/ , but in terms of original product and what I paid to them (Rs. 2499) for the original product they sent me local shoes that’s value is not more then 300/- Rs with the name of Original Product.

They are doing fully fraud against the online shopping terms and conditions and using brand names for the local products and its price.

My request is you to take strict action again this website so that their online payment gateway can be cancelled, there bank account can be SEIZED and the domain can be BLOCKED by the authority department.

Please let me know what is the way to file FIR against this fraud?? So that they can return my money and can’t do same activities again to anyone.

    Hi friend after this incident you contact with customer care?If you buy next pay only cash on delivery after you received you order only.open parcel before you pay.If courier person not allow to open tell him go to hell.

    Dear All Internet User,

    As you will see my first comment on 18- Feb 2013 above regarding the fraud of duplicate product and the reply on under my post by 100bestbuy.com

    After the above reply by 100bestbuy.com I couriered there duplicate product on 22-Feb 2013 at their given address that 100bestbuy.com emailed me on my email ID.

    After 22-Feb 2013 I have emailed them so many times regarding this but I could not get any response to refund my money or to send me original product that I purchased.

    Also I have called them so many times but as I explained the matter to the executive they cut my call or told that server is not working so we can’t get any info at this time…..bala bala bala….

    April 2013 is going to be complete but still I could not get my product or my money or any response from them.

    So my request to all internet users that do not buy any online product from this fraud website, otherwise you will face same type of problem that I am facing. Also the forum or any other person can suggest me how I can take legal action against them, what is the way so that Gov. can take strict action against them to cancel their company registration and black list them.

    I have paid around 2800/- Rs. to buy the product and in the courier to return there duplicate product. I don’t have any problem to expand few more thousand to take strict legal action against 100bestbuy.com website.

    So I need expert suggestion by the consumer forum or by any expert lawyer so that I can go ahead.

    100 % Fraud company of India – http://www.100bestbuy.com/ – Dear all internet user never buy any product from http://www.100bestbuy.com/ other wise it will be total loss of your money in terms of local product of you will never get any product.
