I bought two Samsung 8 gb micro sd cards having product id 181454616141 with the PaisaPay ID 36820152558 on 16/07/2014 from ebay.in.The products were delivered to my home on 23 July’14 among which one was defective i.e. not working.Then I informed them by email.But no response came.Due to phone call by me on 30 July’14 they set a complain id 585087 for me & sent an email to me where it was told that a compensation coupon would be sent by them to my email id within 7 to 10 working days which does not contain Sundays or Holidays.After that I contacted several times by phone call to their customer care,they console me without any result i.e. all my efforts are in vain and till now i.e. on 26 Aug’14 I do not receive the coupon by which I can buy the product or can get the money back.
I sincerely hope that you must realize my problem so that I can get rid out of it.
