Hi myself felix and my colleagues have ordered a 1TB HDD from INDIASOUQ online portal. It is more than 10 days still no communication from them regarding the product dispatch details. If i try to call the customer care number provided, no one answers. We 4 members have ordered the HDD worth 2950 each (total of 11800). Please help me how to get the money back form them.
