myself Amrit kumar dey from Nilambazar, Karimganj (Assam) i made payment through my Debit card on http://www.paytm.com to recharge my Tatasky DTH connection. the recharge didn’t happen but the balance amount of Rs.301 has been deducted from my Bank A/c. i want to take legal action against www.paytm.com
