I am a resident of kankarbagh colony patna. In patna since last few month the vendors have been charging Rs 2 to 3 extra as chilling charge. Not only in the local shops but also at the Rail Neer bottles at patna station.
They don’t even have t fear of t consumer forum and make a fun out of it.
All t shops here have been involved in such fraud still i am providing a few names”CARVEL ICE POINT” “BINOD KIRANA” ” CHINAR SWEETS”. PLEASE TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM.
