i want to inform you that Mr NISHANT RANJAN a trainee of LIC Direct Sales Executive(BATCH JULY 2010) has concealed the fact that he is an Enrolled ADVOCATE of RANCHI CIVIL COURT but he has concealed this fact in his recruitment process in LIC EAST ZONE D.S.O.Also he is a member of JHARKHAND STATE BAR COUNCIL.So strict actions must be taken against him and he should be relieved of his designation of D.S.O.Also a complaint against him has been sent to the DISTRICT AND STATE BAR ASSOCIATION.As per his legal professional ethics he shold not have taken any other profession except ADVOCACY.
