Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Vinod chauhan and I am a customer of Vodafone’s Post Paid customer. My post paid connection no is 9999196448. I want to complaint and inform you that I have a 3G plan on this number (300 mb in 100 rs for a month). As first month I can check my data balence by dialling *111# or send a sms. But soon this company discontinue this service without any information. As I tried a lot to know about my data usage, but nobody tell me what to do including company’s customer care executives. Finally, on 198, their customer care executive told me that this technical problem will be continue and nobody told you your data usage because of technical problem. After a lots of harassment a executive told me on 26.06.12 that my 3 mb data is available. after facing a lots of problem i used a little bit data on my smart phone and I have an application which shows me that I only used 200 mb data in between my billing cycle. After that I got my bill no 0155780782, dated 27.06.12 which shows I was used aprox 600mb data. Is this a kind of forgery or cheat by this organization, after complaining a lots their executive promised me that they investigate and then they refund my money for over uses of data. But after a short period they discontinue my services (incoming and outgoing calls). Finally I deposite this wrong bill and they people now said that they are not responsible for facilitate me to know my data usage and they cant refund my money. Because of lacking their technical failure I suffer a lots. They misinformed me, who is responsible for their executives? Their executives are rude and don’t provide right informations to the customers. Sir I dont want to continue with them, but before that I want my money back and punishment for them. Sir I need justice against their worst services and harassment. Please help me and order them to refund my money and compensate for my harassment.
