FRAUD OF TRANSPORT CO. AND DELIVERY OF BROKEN GOODS & NO COMPENSATION GIVEN

I am Siddharth Sharma I want to report rampant fraud and cheating being done by printbooth.in, an online shopping website in India.Printbooth is a product of Mindz Technology (mindztechnology.com) .The contact details are WZ-34/6 & 34/7 Asalatpur,A-3 Block, Janakpuri,New Delhi-110058,Phone:+91- 7838779991,Email: [email protected] .I have placed an order PB591 and done the online payment of Rs. 503.50 after availing the discount of Rs. 300/- given by the users who first time logged in their website.This order was placed on 08 Jan 2012 . The website promised: ? Huge assortment of Genuine Products ? Friendly Prices ? Lucrative Deals and Irresistible Vouchers ? Multiple Payment options available (Online Payment/ COD) ? Secure Payment Gateway ? Express Delivery ? Free Shipping throughout India on most of the products Now my query since past 10 months is where is express delivery and it seems my product payment was not secure . It seems to me that I am the customer who is victim of their fraud. Once Printbooth receives online payment they do not ship the ordered items. They do not respond to emails. I had purchased Vintage Style Scooter (GOLD)from printbooth.in (order PB591for Rs.503.5) on Jan 20, 2012. The committed delivery period listed on their website was 8 to 10 working days. But Printbooth has not shipped the item even after 10 months of booking the order. I ordered the product PB591.When after few days i enquired about the product they told me it is ready to be delivered …However the product is not recieved by me..I have confirmed to them as well that there is some fault done at the courier company end… Now their reply is:- 1-The product is delivered 2-Now my question is how can they deliver the product when no one has paid it. 3- Is there any policy in which they can deliver the product and ask for the payment from the customer afterwards…..This sounds really weird…and can smell something fraud in it. 4- No intimation to me was made about the courier details, neither on phone sms, nor on mails…..and moreover it is not been updated on their website….PB444 is still showing PENDING PAYMENT STATUS and Shipping status is also PENDING….and now they claim the product is delivered….Now whatever problems printbooth.in and the courier company is having I am not to suffer…… Moreover I should get my product for which I have paid 10 months ago….. I constantly called them….and told them I am ready to take both the products and will pay whenever it arrives to me….For this it should reach me…Their customer service executives do not respond to emails. In rare instances when they respond by email….they give standard reply that the item will be shipped in few days but they NEVER ship the item. They are also not refunding the money. I request you take up my case with printbooth.in and help me getting refund against my order PB591. I also request you to take stringent legal action against Printbooth.in and force them to not to make false promises.They should be clear on the policies of online shopping and not make fool of the customers. Now I dont want product from them….I want my money back….Its been very patient of me to keep low in these 54 days inspite their continuously ignoring my my mails and no favourable response given to me. I have immense faith and trust in online shopping and I am doin it for the last 3 years and it is the first time such incident is happening to me and I am sure justice will be done to me!!!
