My dish TV VC no.is 02511552844.
I have made a recharge of rs 349 on 8th jan 2019 to my dish tv account from their mobile app where i chose to pay through UPI. The amount got debited from my axis bank account and paytm(UPI linked) also confirms that the money sent successfully to dishinfra.
I started chasing after dish tv when i saw that my dish tv account was still not recharged.
Even after my several calls and several emails with the payment details they are not helping me.
The payment details are:
UPI reference id: 900843615768
From axis bank to dishinfra ltd @icici
Also they deactivated my connection today.
Is this the service we expect from them?
Please help me in this issue.
