Hello!
I have recharged my dish tv account from their mobile app on 8th jan 2019 at 7:31 pm. The payment gateway used was UPI through Paytm. Paytm confirms that the payment has been done to dishinfra and i have the screenshot also. My axis bank also debited the amount of rs.349.
I contacted dish tv and they are keep saying that they are looking in this matter. It’s been 3 days now and yet i have no idea why my dish tv account is deactive.
I wrote them several emails and everytime they say they need more time and also they didn’t receive the money.
Please help me
