fraud of home loan

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: bareilly&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: hdfc bank ltd</p>I applied for a loan on 6 mar 13 and bank promised me to provide money in 20 days. so i gave the advance 1 lac to land owner.and take time two months to get it registered. now it has passed 2 months and still bank is unable to provide us loan. and land owner refuse to give my money back. hdfc service is very poor. i need my money back. and advice costomer do not belive on hdfc.
