FRAUD AND CHEATING
Dear madam/sir
I tried recharging my mobile no. 9155404557(uninor) online with Rs 319 through Uninor official website on 23/04/2015. After money was deducted from my bank account the site showed “the recharge was unsuccessful, you may try again”. I tried again but recharge unsuccessful displayed again after deducting Rs319. But later on message came recharge done on my mobile.
The amount of Rs319 was deducted twice from my Axis bank AC 012010100078296 but till date I haven’t received the refund for the other Rs319.
It has become a regular practice where first the company website shows Recharge unsuccessful but later after an hour recharge is done but in time customers account gets deducted in all successive transaction but money doesn’t gets refunded.
