Fraud of M/s Om Krishna Developers (OKD Group)

I had been trapped in the fraud of M/s Om Krishna Developers Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi in County Garden, Neemrana (Rajasthan) Project.

Even, after 2 years 6 months of booking and 50% payment, the developer did not develop the plot. Still, they demanded rest 50% payment. So, I demanded refund of my money along with applicable interest. The developer refunded my money with 24% interest through several post-dated cheques. All the refund cheques bounced due to “Insufficient Fund”. The developer was then always doing false commitment for payment. Hence, I sent Legal Notice u/s 138 of NI Act. But, the developer did not respond the Legal Notice. So, I filed complaint case u/s 420, 406, 120(B) of IPC and also u/s 138 of NI Act. Then, the developer was compelled to pay my money and paid it through NEFT well before opening the case. So, I withdrew the case. This process took about 6 months. My money is thus recovered, but I lost interest of 6 months on my money and also lost about Rs. 30,000/- in the legal process. The developer had been using my money for his wrongful gains for 3 years and put me in wrongful loss.

All the victims of this developer are advised to act on similar legal process to get their money recovered.

1. M/s Om Krishna Developers Pvt. Ltd., H-10/103, Express Arcade, Opp. Fun Cinema, Netaji Subash Place, Pitampura, New Delhi 110034.
2. Mr. Prem Shankar Gupta, aged about 56 years, son of Mr. Itwari Lal Gupta, Director and Signatory.
3. Mrs. Urmila Gupta, aged about 54 years, wife of Mr. Prem Shankar Gupta, daughter of Mr. Guru Ram Choudhary, Director and Signatory.
4. Miss Diksha Gupta, aged about 30 years, daughter of Mr. Prem Shankar Gupta, Director and Signatory.
All residing at House No-30, Block-A2, Nehru Gali, Chandan Vihar, West Sant Nagar, Burari, Delhi – 110084.

    He has left the Burari address. Now no one is living there. Now a days he leaving somewhere in model town near model town metro station. He is living somewhere in between Dhaka and model town.

    These fellows have no intension of paying back the money. Only way to this is get togehter and form a group .

    Only EOW can handle this case .

    I am also trapped with OKD. Have taken a 150 Sq yard plot in 2012 and now neither plot is in sight nor the refund. I have come to know that there are approx 53 people who have made a group visited his home at Model Town and threatened him to give their share of land but nothing concrete has yet happened. This group is now hesitant in adding more people in the group as they have given a list to P.S.Gupta. Anyway we can form another group and visit Gupta’s house and give him some peace of mind.

    These people are cheats. It has been 2.5 years that I am still struggling for my money. Now, I got to know that promoters have run away from their Wzirpur registered office as well.

    I believe we should form a group and file a criminal case of fraud against these guys.

    if there are 53 people lets file a case on HIM in EOW at Mandir Marg. ( Economic Offence wing). I know a person who can help us out in filing a case.

    Please inform me also if anybody is forming a group.I have also been struggling to get back my money.I have filed a case under section 138,but the office at Netaji subhash plece is locked.so summons could not be served.Kindly advice me what to do to get back the money.

    i am also trapped with Okd in county garden, neemrana. I have taken 200 sq yards plot and did the registry also. But they not turn up with the possession.

    We have sent several letters in this regard but all the letters have come up back by courier office.

    I filed a criminal case against them but notice got returned as no one was there at the shared address. Not sure what to do . If court issues a warrant same this will happen.

    I booked a plot of 200 sq yds with OKD group at County Garden Neemrana ,Alwar.I have paid all the dues and got the property registered in Neemrana.
    Now there is nobody to hand over the plot.I don’t even know where has OKD disappeared!
    This is a fraud of monumental proportions.My money is being misused by Om Krishna and family.
    Is there Somebody who can get me my plot or my money with interest?

    I have also booked a plot of 200 sq yds with OKD group at County Garden Neemrana ,Alwar. Paid all the dues and got it registered in Neemrana. Now there is nobody to hand over the plot.!
    Our money is being misused by Om Krishna and family as they have expensive cars and own the Looks Salon in B-Block, Connaught Place. They have an associate living in Noida, Ankit Mundra, who is helping them in this fraud and escape with our hard-earned money. Check his case against him as well.
    Is there Somebody who can get me my plot or my money with interest?

    Dear sie, my self Kamal Juyal (my Contact no.is 9910693843), resides in Gurgaon, also trapped in same situation that I have invested Rs.7,50,000/= against purchase 200 yrds plot near behror, rajasthan, but almost two years completed , neither received ny polot nor refunded my money by, Gupta as well as Bajaj. please hep me how to proceed.
