Dear Sir,
I had taken a general insurance policy from Axis bank vide policy # 0101012009 and paid a premium of Rs.12371 however when i have called up the insurance company to claim the damage of my car, i was told that, the policy is no longer valid. I have called up the branch incharge of Axis bank balanagar Branch to report this incident however , i was told to put up a case against Axis bank, balanagar branch. I am very disappointed with the over all conduct of the bank executives as they are not providing any help and my car is open in the workshop. I am requesting you please investigate the matter with Axis bank as they informed that i was issued a dummy policy and it doesn’t exist in the bank records
