i started using the ‘tata docomo’ sim(prepaid) on 30th october,n recharged a special recharge of Rs. 250,which gives full talktime n 1 month free unlimited internet,but after around 13-14 days,internet pack ended(only internet,not talktime).i approached costomer care for 7 times,in which 4 times they disconnected the call after listening my prob. n on 2 occasions they assured tht further you wont be charged for internet sir,but still i was charged then i went 2 docomo office of jabalpur.n.they told me tht you recharged on 3rd of november n we gav u a.’BUNDLE’ Pack on 5th of november,so after 5th of november your 250 recharged lapse..!! firstly they did’nt informed me of any bundle recharge,n there isn’t any bundle pack on my sim,nd i confirmed this from where i bought my sim,n if bundle pack is true then it shud b activated on the day i inserted the sim on my mob i.e on 29th oct. bt it was activated after 7 days…without informing me.now they are just saying tht we regret…. but just regreting wont pay my 250rs back…..
