Name of company/service: Desire Agro Resorts Development Pvt. Ltd.
I purchase a land of 1800 SQ.FT in the name of UCHHAL BHADRA / RUMA BHADRA from Desire Agro in their project FILM CITY at Kabardanga / Nepalgunj, Kolkata by 36 monthes monthly payment scheme of Rs.1,62,500.00 on the 22/07/2003. They promised me in writing to hand over the said land within three years after proper development. But yet now, they do not hand over the said land after developing. When I contact with MR UTTAM CHAKRABORTY (LAWYAR OF DESIRE ARGO) personally, he only commit to hand over it very soon. Recently, I visit to this project area and I surprised that there is no development yet now, so that they can hand over the parity’s land. Desire does not fraud me only they also cheat many people like me. so
I would request the authority of Consumer forum to take the necessary action against Desire Agro Resorts development Pvt. Please solve the matter and guide me how I can charge them to return money against this land purchased.
