FRAUD KILOMETERS

I don’t know whether you can help me on this,but if yes kindly revert. I bought a second hand card form Popular Maruthi true Value,on June,2013.. In the booking form they clearly mentioned the vehicle only covered 56000 Kilometers .But when i gave it for general checkup the authorized service center informed us the same vehicle has been there for service at 69000 kilometers, one year back. So we are still incurring loss on servicing it as we don’t know how much exact kilometers it has covered.

So kindly advice me on this legally.
