fraud internet and unauthorised deduction in name of apps

my no 7837398611 I recently get my balance to zero because there fraud internet services i.e TINYTV which I didn’t download or not even after deduction it in my phone. but I want to add that already have 2G unlimited pack worth 248 active on my phone still I got robed by Vodafone. and even after complaining to customer services they wont answer properly and put long hold to my calls.
