We have purchased a mobile -Micromax canvas juice a77 with order no. 3003252391 on 26th may 2014 and delivery date was 3rd June 2014 when was registered a complaint with ITS with ref. 1391080, I got reply on mail that product is delivered to karur ( tamilnadu ) instead of pune. Once again I called customer care of ITS they told me product is packed but not shipped. As a consumer we are unaware about the truth. Customer service is not giving the clearity on transaction

i ordered shoes from Tradus and they deliverd shoes to my place on 22/3/2014 i have given them payement, now i found the size of the shoes smaller so i have told on there custmer suport on 29/3/2014 and they reverted me that they will handle this case.. bt still its not solved… and they are cheating me . i have complqint them around 5 to 6 tymes bt they r not resolving my problem…!! plz help me
