fraud in the sbicard by the indian health organisation

One call was came regard the verification of my card on 11 july 2011 in the afternoon. he told me that I am from SBI card and he told full card no of my credit card and asked me for the verification of card no , then he asked for the cvv no and when I ask about that u are asking for the verification so first told me then I will, but he didn’t told me, but then he again ask me about that and convinced me to give me the cvv no.finally I gave it and within 5 min I got the msg that transaction of Rs 3000 done from the credit card. When I asked to the sbi card bank for the statement they told the transaction occurred in favour of Indian health organisation. My son then asked by the customer relation officer no to the Indian Health Organisation, then he talk me like a reputed company officer , when he was unable to handle my son’s argument he transferd the call to his senior officer and he told that they will cancel the whatever the benefit coverage is covered by that RS 3000 and also told that if we want to cancel that we will be given the cancellation req form, but there is no kind of the email was sent.
