I topped up my AIRTEL mobile number 9958729498 for Rs 100 on 17/12/2012 also I purchased internet pack of Rs 149 for a month unlimited use. On 18/12/2012 I got a massage that my internet pack for Rs 98 of 1 GB has been renewed and Rs 98 has been deducted from my balance. As I called to customer care they said that since they have send an sms in this regard that if I will not deactivate it will be renewed automatically. I would like to mention that I got also the massage that if I will purchase the RS 149 pack I will be able to use unlimited data transfer for a month.
There is no logic of renewing the 1 GB pack for one month once I have already opted for unlimited use pack for same period.
Not only this many time AIRTEL sends the massages that particular service or pack has been activated for this much charges and it will be renewed after so many days if you want to deactivate sms or so on.
It is very inconvenience for any user when the service provider like AIRTEL decide there own and compel there decision on the user.
Earlier also I suffered with such type of deductions.
Please help me to get my talk value of Rs 98 back to me.
