The HP petrol pump in seawoods charged me for 36 L petrol on hyundai santro. I have been using the car for 4.5 years and the capacity itself reaches max 31 L petrol . At the time of filling the poetrol pump attendant did not show the zero reading and now charging beyond the capacity for full tank .
