I’ve purchased Metaslim by Rs.3050 on 17th July. After using 10 days, I realized that it’s totally fake product. I contact customer care, they told “You have to parcel the product to our corporate office for money back.” I did the same immediately by wasting Rs.500. The parcel has been delivered on 31st July. It’s more than 60 days, they are not taking any initiative for money back. Between these 60 days I make calls at least 100 times to there Complain number “07316457000”, It’s not contactable all the time. Some time it says “Wrong Number” some time it says “Busy on another call, please call later” and some time they receive. Every time they told, Our Account department will call you within 2-3 days, but I never got any call from them. I request them “Please tell me another procedure to get my money back” they are also not ready to do the same. Please help me, if anybody know the procedure to get the money back.
