Fraud in handling the loan

Name of company/service: ING VYSYA HOME LOAN

Hi,

I have purchase property in 2007 availed loan from ING Vysya bank. I have told them to verify the property paper properly.I paid 7000 as legal verification. Instead of doing legally they had made a fix with the vendor.That property do not have A- khata but they sanctioned the loan. Now that property is claimed by BBMP(GOVT) as it was forest department property and now comes under BBMP.
Please let me know what to do and how get rid of this situation.
