i got a new mobile nokia c2-03 in the yr 2011 from Univerce,Near Hitech city, Hyderabad, and had got insured for the handset, i used the handset for 3 months and the handset was demaged and wanted to claim for insurance,univercel people only suggested me to claim insurance on lost/theft basis and i claim on the same basis and provided all the necessary documents too, they said that within 45 days insurance money wil be retured upto 80%, as per the policy only till 2 months i did not get any information or intimation regarding this and now the UNIVERSAL company people are telling that insurance is not valid now to whom i need to contact plz help regarding this many of them are facing the same problem…..do the needed.
