Fraud in after sale service from Symphony

I bought a symphony cooler with 1Year service card on 7-Apr2012. After 1st week its pump got dump. i complain immediately but not solved even after a month. i again mahe online complain for same problem but till date its not working. After a thousand of call, i m still bother for working of cooler. i fed up to call again & again but no response from symphony.
