Fraud in Account

Sir,
I am the DSOP account holder of SBI chnadimanir branch being a serving soldier, my account No is 10765423068.I have issued ATM Card No 6220180872100001355.There was transaction a sum of Appx Rs 3000/- on 08 Nov 2011 from my account whereas the ATM card in my safe custody the complain of the same has been lodged by me on 11 Nov 2011 in SBI customer care after that pin No has been changed by me as suggested by them. But when I saw the mini statement on 15 Nov 2011a sum of Rs 44468/ has been deducted from my account against POS PRCH. I contact customer care and SBI authorities but no response get from there.Branch manager of the bank told that txn has been done through 3D security code where as I have never been alloted 3D security code. Kindly look in to matter personnelly and short out the problem of a serving soldier at the earliest.kI can’t gi Chandimandir freequently as I am posted in Jaipur recently.
